Georgia Giant Men's Waterproof High Romeo Boot

Exceeded my expectations.
These have been great work boots that checked all the boxes I was looking for. My criteria:1. Tough and reasonably waterproof. No complaints so far and they seem to be holding up.2. Comfortable. No complaints here either even on long days.3. Easy to get on and off quickly. At my job I switch between working outside in the mud and having to come inside people's nice homes. It may not matter to some but it's a must for me to kick them on and off effortlessly throughout the day and this design is great for that.4. Priced reasonably. No matter how nice or how dumpy a pair of boots I get, I don't reasonably expect a lifespan of more than a couple years doing what I do. Preferably not less either. Not a lifetime investment though either way, and these are priced well in accordance.5. Look cool. I hate having boots that are loaded down with all kinds of plastic, nylon, reflectors, etc. It looks cheap and silly and they honestly seem to wear apart faster having all those weird cracks and crevices for dirt and debris to work into. These are classic real leather and rubber. Zero complaints about the appearance, and they can be dusted off and dressed up with very little effort. All in all they're a big win for me, I will undoubtedly get them again.

Love these boots
These are really nice boots. It’s exactly the look I was hoping for. The overall quality is exceptional. The tanning of the leather is very well done. I purchased a wide width and the fit is true to size. They do need a little bit of breaking in, but there they are still comfortable. At just over $100, they are a great value.

Perfect Boots... SUPER COMFORTABLE AND EVERYONE COMPLIMENTS
These boots were too tight the first few hours. Thought about returning them. But I walked in them in the house that evening and they loosened up They are my favorite boots I have ever worn. Great support for my feet. My feet are never tired or sore. No matter where I go people are stopping me asking what boots they are.UPDATE: I’ve now worn these boots every single day from October to April for three years. They almost look like the day I bought them. On a sad note I only paid $100 regular price for these and now they are $133. I guess they don’t want any repeat business. They are fantastic boots and I was going to get a new pair, but I guess I will wear the current pair for a few more years.

Very nice boots
I have to begin by saying I rated 4/5 out of the box due to comfortability. I am Still breaking these in and apply leather conditioner. They’re a little tight with regular width, but I hear It takes awhile before they fit like a glove. They look great and built well.

Definitely buy a size smaller than usual. Very comfortable! Squeaks though
These boots are so comfortable that it's hard to believe that these boots are workboots. They're more comfortable than my sneakers, with the added bonus of being waterproof and heavy duty construction. The heel is cradled very nicely and the rest of the footbed offers excellent cushioning. Even after being on my feet for 10 hours a day, my feet don't feel any worse in these boots than when I wear my New Balance sneakers. As other reviewers have noted, the boots tend to run large. I have slightly wide feet and wear 10 to 10.5 size shoes depending on the manufacturer. My go-to sneakers are size 10.5 New Balance due to their slightly wider and roomier construction in their midfoot. I ordered a size 10 wide in these boots since I find most shoes and boots to be just a bit too narrow for my feet. While the width was a perfect fit, the boot was just a tad too long and made me "clomp" around when walking. I returned them for a 9.5 wide and the fit is spot on.I didn't find any trouble getting my feet into the boots. From reading some of these reviews, I was a bit worried about getting these on my feet, especially given that I've ordered the shoes at a smaller size than what I normally wear. At first the opening seemed really tight and small, but once I got my toes in, it really wasn't all that difficult to put on these boots. The loops on both the tongue and the heel of the boot really help, and my feet slid in easily with a bit of pressure. As expected, without laces, the fit around the ankle is a bit loose, but the boots stay on pretty well. It also takes a bit of pressure to actually take the boot off, so there's no worries about the boots flying off my feet as I'm running or walking. The looseness around the ankle is a bit of a drawback, but worth the ease of putting these boots on and off my feet without having to deal with laces. The waterproofing works well. The leather does take on stains, but not a big deal if you're wearing these for work like I am. The boots break in quickly, and within a couple hours of wearing them for the first time, they felt like a pair of old boots I've had for years. The only complaint I have is that the soles of the boots squeak terribly on linoleum floors.Try them out. Just remember to size down a bit.

Quality, fit, finish, style, and price excellent
I measured my feet with an official Bannock device it said I wear 10.5 (US). That is what I ordered and they fit pretty darn good, even better with a thicker sock. My pair of Georgia Boats arrived brand new in a Georgia Boot shoe box. To me the color is a dark cordovan which I like. If that be soggy brown then I will take it. I bought this style for looks as my heavy work days are retirement history, I don't need the rubber band around the sole, and because my shoedrobe is mainly light summer slip-on canvass loafers. I also do not buy stuff with labels as I am not being paid to do so. These are really comfortable out of the box and appear well made. I am happy with them...so far.
