Q: Has anyone used this with Janome mc400e?

I have used this hoop on my Janome Memory Craft 550E and it works beautifully. I have no experience with a MC 400E though.

Q: Does it fit a elna air artist?

hi my friend, it don't fit for a elna air artist embroidery machine.

Q: Why can't I find a machine embroidery hoop size 3.9 x 3.6 cm? It is listed on my Janome 500e embroidery machine.

I think that must be inches not centimeters. That would be a very tiny hoop. I think my smallest hoop is the SQ14b which is 5.5” by 5.5” or 140 mm by 140mm. And my largest (the largest Janome makes is RE36b which is 7.9” by 14.2” or 200mm by 360mm.

Q: Has anyone used this with Janome mc400e?

I use mine with Janome 500e. No problems.
