The beads are a little sticky and are hard to clean out of carpet

Small package, wax beads more like sand.
Too small a bag for large or several candles. It's enough to make 3-4 small candles, and the wax beads are so tiny, it's almost like sand, so prepare for a possible mess. But if you want just a little to try out candle making, it's a good buy. There is no scent, which is perfect for making your own scent.

I was pleased at the quality of the powdered parafin wax. Melts quickly.

Good to try
I've never used paraffin for candle making before so thought I'd give it a try. It melts smooth and holds up well to added scents and colors. I gave some as gifts but haven't burned any for myself yet. I am not sure I would purchase paraffin again though as it isn't really beneficial to me cost-wise versus using other types of wax.
