Simply narrated, excellent book
A must read for those who read Jung. This book is an account of his personal thoughts and a narrative of his own discovery of his sub-conscious content and thus finally coming to a transparent relationship with sub-conscious. Taking from Jung's description, this book is helpful to draw an understanding of how the sub-conscious speaks to us. This book instantly makes a connection as if the therapist is guiding life's universally-experienced-complexities and has solved them for our-kind. It is like receiving therapy from a genius. It is a biography and a collection of all those important instances that marked major realizations in his career-path. It also includes a list of his life's published work. A revere-worthy an edition.

Insightful & Deep
Indeed a pleasure to read this remarkable autobiographical bookabout the life & work of Jung.It nicely captures the meanings of his dreams, images, his struggle with theunconscious internally & with people outside including Freud. His understanding ofpatient therapist relation etc (Same nice cases of patients are also shared).A life dedicated to the understanding of human psyche.

A biography that has sincere expression of austere life effort
This is about a person who is in the journey of life, seeking for the reason of his existence. In the book Jung talks about his encounter with the unconscious, which helps him get a better understanding of his life. It is an approach from the psychological point of view. His life's work has been very influential in the field of psychology, hence he's also called The Father of analytical psychiatry.
