Great affordable replacement with great customer service
I ordered this replacement for my dryer belt and pulley wheels. It worked well for about a week then started to hear a loud squeaking noise. It was the plastic pulley wheel. I reached out and they send me a replacement very quickly. I’ve since replace the parts again and no issues since.Fits perfectly for my Kenmore Series 100 electric dryer. Very affordable replacement and easy to install.

Don’t buy this pulley kit!
Didn’t last 5 months.Absolute cheap Chinese crap!!!!!You’re way ahead buying whirlpool made in America parts. I ended up finding out the hard way. The OEM kit was only forty three dollars and you can see it’s far superior.Cheap is cheap for a reason.

Drying Again.
The parts arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I had to wait for my son to put it on. He did it alone and it only took him about an hour.

does the Job for a time
lasted about 2 years bought 4/5/2023.hopefully the sound is just a need for a new one had 2 years of quiet. its now 4/27/2025. will order a new one for old my Kenmore dryer

No loud dryer
The rollers were worn out on my dryer, I didn't have option to buy a new set currently. I was able to look up these universal parts I needed and this set came with new pully and belt . Which if your gonna tear it apart and replace the rollers I urge you to buy a complete set like this just to update it all. My once loud clunky dryer is now silent and running like it's new again .saved me hundreds of $$$

Short lived fix
Purchased this kit to fix my noisy screeching dryer. Everything went in good. Started it back up. Still made some noise but not as bad. After around 2 weeks the screaming screech is back and louder. Order a different one

Parts matched and work well!
I opened my dryer because it was being weird and all I had was the original belt bonnet and the pictures showed this was a match the next evening it arrived and was an exact match! Works well and my dryer is as good as new!

Cratered after only 4 months
Received November 24, 2024. Installed immediately. 1 of 2 rollers self-destructed on February 23, 2025. Less than 4 months of service in a Whirlpool Cabrio dryer. No excessive usage.Thankfully, I was near the dryer when it the roller cratered and I was able to stop the machine to avoid further damage.The listing says the seller provides a 365 day warranty. How do I request a replacement under warranty?
