Ticket to Ride Puzzle Book: Travel the World with 100 Off-the-Rails Puzzles

My son loves this book with puzzles based upon his favorite game. Nice quality paper and sturdy cover.

I wanted a good puzzle book to have for vacation...but holy moly...this stuff was hard! I don't give up easily but I couldn't finish most of these. If you love geography and history, and a big challenge, then this book is for you.

I’ve only done the puzzles covering USA and Europe. At least for these two maps (the “chapters” are based off map expansions for the board game Ticket to Ride) the puzzles are basically the same, just the theme is different. I think a few are different - the word problems. I wasn’t amused by one of the Europe ones which was roll-eyes-stupid. But whatever. The puzzles may differ and increase in difficulty but it’s just rinse-and-repeat. Maybe this is the standard for logic puzzle books? I’ll finish the book and update my review if my opinion changes but for now I would not recommend this to anyone and I would not buy it as a gift.

It’s not fun, too hard

If you love the game, you definitely need to try this book. Lots of fun puzzles for kids and even adults. Varying levels of difficulty from about pre teen and up. Keep the kids busy on car trips this summer!
