This chair is a bargain. I'm 250 lbs and I've been through several office chairs that would dump me onto the floor if I leaned too far forward. This one is designed right and built tough. It was fairly easy to put together and it's wide and comfortable. It's made in Vietnam, I have some other furniture from their and I've found the quality far exceeds the stuff coming from China. I was so impressed with this chair that I ordered another one. The only downside I have is that the so called massage feature is useless and rather annoying. Also the rocking mechanism on the second chair I received doesn't work but that's not a deal breaker. Overall a nice chair for the price.

In my house I am BANNED from putting anything together because if it takes to long sometimes skip step or avoid reading the instructions altogether.. So naturally if there are parts left over I would call them extra & throw away.. This technique doesn’t go over well with your family when the things they are trying to use or play with suddenly fall apart. Anyway , I order this chair because mines broke & working all day in a broken chair sucked & made me realize how my family felt when their stuff I putt together was broken. It arrived & I thought it would get put together that evening but no one, had time to do it . The next morning I happen to get up early saw the box & figured I would try to do it myself.. I read the reviews, which helped figure out some of the instructions I wasn’t so sure about & had this chair together in 35 minutes.. I LOVE THIS CHAIR.. Really easy to put together, super comfy for work all day & school assignments all night ,, The massage feature is a nice extra ..The price was nice , I got it when on sale so I didn’t pay any more for it than my last chair I got three years ago but this one is more comfortable., especially since I happen to be tall.. I’ve had the chair for a month & I’m still very pleased with it .. highly recommend

A while back, I broke my old "gaming" chair when I sat down too hard and bent the frame forward about 45 degrees.FYI I paid ~$130 for this chair. Just put it together and very pleased with result. Got this one because of the 400 lb load capacity, even though I'm just a little over 200 lb. Very sturdy and comfortable. I'm in grad school so I basically live at my desk when I'm not in the office so having a nice chair is very important to me.I recommend when you screw in the arm rests to keep the screws loose until you connect both parts of the chair. It's a tight fit. Otherwise very straight forward to put together.Edit: I just bought secretlabs chair after 3 years using this one. This chair still in good condition, I just got a good deal on the secretlab. Pleather just has some cosmetic stuff going on.

I have had this chair for 3 years . The back is starting to wear out and the piston is starting to need to be reset to the highest position frequently. It now rocks a bit and has a slight tilt to one side. But 3 YEARS of use , before these problems have shown up. This is well built well worth the money. I’ve had 300 dollar gaming chairs go bad after a year . This chair has been impressive.

I’ve had this chair for 2 years now. I’m well within the weight limit but I can only handle sitting in this chair for about 3 hours before I have to move to my recliner. My rear end just gets numb! I’ve tried and tried to make this chair work to no avail. Everything else about it great. It’s nice & wide, armrests are good and the back is good. The cushion needs to be softer. I’m about to order a different desk chair and pray that one works better.

Below is my original review right after purchasing, but here is my review now.Originally I thought this wasn’t a bad chair, but over time the chair has failed at the joint pictured. I did not exceed the 400lb rating on this chair so this is clearly a design defect. Also the vibrating massager cable gets in the way and it eventually shredded because it doesn’t stow away nicely.I’m disappointed and I would NOT recommend this chair for anyone over 300 lbs.—————So I'm a big dude, and I needed a big chair. I got this one not only because of the width of the seat, but the weight capacity as well. It came on time, in a big box. The instructions were easy to follow, very IKEA-like, and I was able to put it together in about 20 min. There is a lot of twisting with the tool they provide, my hands and wrist got sore from twisting the screws.I didn't know about this, but the chair as a massage motor built in. It is powered by USB, so you can plug it into your machine and get a gentle vibration around your lower back. While it's not super powerful and the cable looks a little delicate, it was a nice feature to discover...however long it continues to function.All in all, it's a nice chair, fits me well, was easy to assemble and I'm happy. Hopefully you'll have the same experience I have had so far.

I was shocked at the quality. The price point is unbeleivable. Was not to difficult to asseble. Had to get my son to hold the chair still while I installed the back. They provide all the tools and I was pleasantly surprised that there is a pouch on the bottom so that you can run the massage feature from a mobile power pack. This works well. The chair rolls well and is very comfortable. I am 6'4" and about 350 pounds and I am very comfortable. I still cannot beleive this was less than $100. Everyone should by this chair.

Very comfortable chair. It only lasted a year. Will not sit upright. I need back support.
