Replacement 40ah Lead Acid Battery 40B19L Automobile Battery LiFePO4 Universal 12v 22Ah 680CCA Lithium Iron Phosphate Built-in BMS Protection Board Deep Cycle LFP

I purchased 3 of these to upgrade the lead acid (SLA) batteries in a 36 volt golf cart. I really like how light-weight they are (saving several hundred lbs vs the old batteries) as well as the other benefits of LiFePo4 batteries (2000+ charges, more usable energy - can be discharged to 80% of their capacity). The fact that you can get 4x as many discharge cycles over the life of the battery offsets the high initial cost. The one major drawback when using them in series is that they can be difficult to charge because they must be "balanced". Google it, it is very important. I used a disconnect switch to isolate each battery when charging and have an individual Bioenno 14.6v/6a charger for each battery that is designed specifically for LiFePo4 batteries. The build quality of the batteries seems rather good and I like that the BMS displays both the voltage and % available and can be turned off when not in use.The only problem I had with them is that one of the batteries went bad shortly after purchase and would not take a charge. The seller was very responsive though and did work with me to resolve the problem and send a replacement.

My 2011 Nissan Leaf keept chewing through regular Lead-Acid batteries when parked and not driven during the stay-at-home. Even while plugged in, it doesn't keep the lead-acid battery charged unless you drive it :-(I wanted a battery that protects itself. This battery does that -- when voltage gets too low, it will shut off and not kill itself.The size fits just fine in my Nissan Leaf battery compartment, just as advertized. The positive pole of this battery is not positioned quite right for the wiring harness in the car, but I thought i could bend it to fit. Turns out, the harness is not very flexible at all, so I had to make a high-current adapter using two-gauge wire and some aluminum I could cut to size, so using this battery certainly is a tinkerer's job, not what it's intended for!Now, for all the good parts (and the fit was my own fault, not the seller's!)First, the order said it would show up in three months (October) but it actually showed up on my doorstep in less than two weeks. I can't guarantee that you get the same treatment, but that was a nice surprise for me!Second, the battery came with nice power clamps/clips that I hadn't seen in the listing; They snap onto the power poles with a latch, and have nice thick screw terminals for screwing in your 0-gauge or 2-gauge battery wiring.Also, this battery is rated for the power draw of a real auto -- some 12V replacement batteries for sale will cut out at 20 Amps of load, which is nowhere near enough for turning on a car. That's probably why this battery is also more expensive than those batteries -- they're really not intended for that use case, so don't fool yourself into trying them!The one thing I might wish for in this battery is a "dead start" feature. Some of the smart replacement batteries I've seen on the Internet have a feature where, even if they're "flat," there's enough juice in them that you can push the power button, and they'll stay on for 30 seconds, letting you start the car, which will then start charging the battery again. I haven't tried running this battery flat, but it doesn't document having such a feature, so I assume it doesn't.All in all, I knew what I was getting into, and got what I wanted, faster than promised!

I've never had this type of battery before. I couldn't believe how light it is. I bought it for my mini truck from Japan. It fits perfectly and I didn't have to change the terminals or anything. Works like. a charm! It isn't cheap but it works great!

Very good battery. It came one month earlier than proposed. It was almost full charged. I installed it on my boat, where it replaced a 85Ah conventional engine battery. It works perfectly. I have started the engine, a Yanmar 2gm20, a few times without any problems. Of course, it is a small engine, but it needs up to 300 amps. Lifepo4 saves space and incredible whight.

At 2 years summer trolling motor use some deep discharge. At 2years 1st use this summer is about 6Ahr. Small capacity loss at prior year always lifepo recharged and garage stored.

Lightweight with a lot of power. Worked great in my classic Honda. Haven't used it long, but so far very pleased with the battery. The readout is nice too!Near 2 year update. (Purchased Aug 2021, Currently March 2023). Battery is still holding on strong!
