These are the best!
I bought these to use for a neutral pull-up grip on my functional trainer machine. I wear gloves so I didn’t want them with grips - also because I’m female and have small hands. I bought a 3M type self stick, cut yourself rubber cushion (off Amazon) so they don’t slide on my pull-up bar. These have worked great, and they’re less expensive than all the other ones on Amazon. (That’s what you see in the close up photo.) Well made & sturdy. I’ve had no issues using daily.

Perfect Addition
These are the perfect addition to your band workout. They make pulling heavy bands more comfortable and are designed to not destroy your sport watch. We travel in the camper van for a month at a time and these bands and handles take up little room while providing a great workout

Very sturdy and does not bend!
Aggressive knurling is good for grip. Does not bend when exposed to heavy force. Easy to slip bands in and out and plenty of room for multiple bands.

Usefulness
I really wanted to like these handles, and although the handles were knurled, they just felt too narrow for my grip. However, I do believe they would work well for some when using resistance bands. I was also hoping they would work for a neutral grip on a chin up bar. The issue with the chin up bar is that I would have to add some type of bulky material (towel or pipe insulation), to accommodate the wide part of these handles in order to provide some stability. They appear to be of good quality, but certainly not heavy duty. They just didn't seem useful to my application. I think gloves would give a better feel when using resistance bands.
