Just got it today, but I'm already enamored. First, it's very attractive. The color is a rich, dark teal. The surface has a nice feel in your hand (kind of like rubber) slip free. The internal infuser basket is long and fine, so you won't get gross grit seeping through. This wasn't clear in the pictures, but it is slightly threaded. You fill it, push the lid on, then twist it closed for a very secure grip, meaning the contents aren't coming out till you want. It sits soundly in the bottle so it won't fall out as you drink. It kept my tea nice and warm over the course of several hours as I sipped, even with the lid of. With the lid on I could shake it quite a bit with no signs of leaking. One warning, it is very tall and thin, in the picture you can see it compared to a more standard metal bottle I own. Not a problem, other than it will be tough to clean the bottom, and it won't fit under all kinds of coffee makers, if that's your plan. Not an issue if you plan to pour water in to fill it.

It does what it is supposed to do and no messing around with seals, tops and tea leaf holder like a glass unit I bought prior. It has not leaked and seems solidly built/finished. It is very cool looking too

I bought this item in 2020 for first time and I was truly impressed by the long period I could enjoy hot tea, even in winter weather conditions.I was so impressed that decided buying another one for gift. Everything was OK until the paint peel out of the blue. I thought it occurs because of the kind of soup I was using. That's why I decided to buy another one just to test different washing conditions. Nevertheless, the paint still peeled. I still use the thermo, even it appears a junk steel, because of the inside quality, although the paint is a big flaw.

The product itself is extremely sleek. It has a rubberized coating, which makes it very easy to hold and feels really good in your hand! It keeps drinks both hot and cold for hours without any issues at all. In addition, the steeper and strainer work really well both for infusing and controlling the flow of liquid, so that you don't accidentally spill while using it.The seller is also great! He sends an email when the product is ordered and after it arrives as a follow up to make sure that you enjoy the product and that there isn't anything wrong with it. If there is an issue with the product, he will ship a new one right away to make sure that you are satisfied.Overall, I definitely recommend this mug to anyone who enjoys hot and/or cold beverages! It is great at regulating temperature, and the steeper/strainer make the mug perfect for hot tea, iced tea, hot coffee, iced coffee, and fruit infused water. Perfect for people who are looking for one mug for all of their drinks.

I love love love this mug.!! I have used it for tea and my tea stays the same temperature for several hours! We are in a bitter cold snap here in New England...and today I went out shopping. I wanted to test my new mug so when I left it in the car while I was out. the temp dropped to 15 below 0 today with the wind factor. After about 4 hours , I went back to my car, my tea was still piping hot! The outside of the mug never gets hot! It is very easy to clean . The mesh basket is perfect...I haven't had any tea pieces fall through. I have also tried it with cold liquids...same quality...the cold stays cold! I can't say enough good things about this mug...great quality ..keeps liquids the same temp for several hours . I have read reviews about the top sealing closed, so far I haven't had that issue. I even turned it upside down ..no leaks and the top was easy to take off(after turning it back to correct position lol) the only very small complaint...I did order a blue mug, but it came in red...which is fine with me ...I like the red color also.
