Q: How long does it stay really ice cold?

I'd say it stays ice cold for around... up to 10 minutes or so. After that, it's still pretty decently cold and effective. I usually roll it under both feet for at least 15 minutes or so, and it still does a great job. It's the best thing I've had/used for my plantar fasciitis.
