I have no idea how they work but omg.... my sleeps have been deeper and most of all, I don't know if this was a coincidence but the only thing that I can attribute my 14 years of a skin discolouration disappearing to pretty much over night are these!!! I have literally tried everything in those 14 years. I'm getting more and gifting them to some people I think they might help. Thank you :)

This is an interesting product. When I used the lavender scented pads I definitely slept better. However when I took them off in the morning they smelt strongly of smoke - which was weird.There are 10 packs of 2 pads in the box. Out of the 10 packs I found 4 that did not stick at all. The adhesive was completely dry. Other pads worked perfectly and stayed on all night without socks.In the pack I found a little yellow card advising me that I was “a winner”... You have to send them an email to claim your prize. I did this, but no word back. Also weird.In my opinion these are too pricey for the inconsistency. Some pads stuck and worked great, but looking at other reviews in almost every order there are duff pads that don’t stick. I wouldn’t buy these again.

I was a bit skeptical about this product in the beginning, but decided to give it a try since I was feeling a bit sluggish recently. Wow, I have to say I am really amazed by the results! I slept so much better and felt energized the next morning!They are easy to use and stayed in place for the whole night. The pads become dark in the morning, I am surprised by how much toxins came out from my body.

These foot patches have an awful smell, that was so strong, I had to remove the four pads.
