Just as advertised.
It works and was delivered on time. It will need some slight modification to get a SD card in there. One thing of note is that to open it you have to have this little ring that comes with it. You put it on the ring and slam it on the table. I got mine to give to a friend that does a lot of coke. He told me coke went everywhere every time he opened it so he stooped using it.

Deceptive Ttile
Very Disappointing. How can you title something "MICRO SD CARD Covert Coin" and then say in the description "Does not fit SD card" and they have know of this problem since October 2011 (as the reviews say) and yet the haven't changed the title? They screwed up making these and now they KNOW they are pushing junk. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING - DO NOT BUY.

cool and useful
The quarter must be filed a bit or bent to fit the MicroSD card. I used a dremel tool to polish the inside and it did the job.Even on closer visual examination it looks just like any other coin. But when held in hand one can say something is not right. It is very light. Also when dropped it makes a different sound. But this can also be a good thing. If you carry several coins in your wallet, you can easily say which one is the one. While if someone is searching through your wallet for a MicroSD card (the one with your passwords, financial data, etc) he/she surely won't even bother to test each coin. The ring can be worn with your keys. It's made of some hard aluminum, it doesn't get bent or even scratched too easily.Good product.

It Works! Just A Great Gadget!
I have the "Quarter". Maybe this will help mechanically: when you place the coin on the cylinder top, and rap sharply on a hard surface, the bottom of machined coin will fall off. When closing the coin with micro SD card inside, be certain you attempt a "good" fit. Close making certain both halves are even and when you press closed...it closes evenly.I have legal documents, passwords, all matter of "sensitive data on a card safe inside. I keep the quarter will other loose change in a shallow dish on my desk. While I realize it's the gadget-freak in me that's infatuated with this device, it is very much a viable stash for a micro SD card. If you have the need...it is the answer, made well, and fun.

Does not fit microSD card
The quarter itself is made well and fits together well by itself however even when you pick it up you can tell it's not right and if you set it down there is no question that it's not right. It will not fit a microSD card without sanding the card down to make it thinner and once I made it paper thin so that it would fit the card no longer worked so there's that.

Exactly as presented. Perfect for concealing a Micro SD card.
The method to open the coin takes a little to learn the knack. The fit is so perfect you have to rap the disassembly tool sharply to get the coin to separate. That said, the perfect fit makes for perfect concealment. the seam is invisible to the naked eye. The only caveat is that you need to be aware of the normal front to back of the coin face alignment so that you reassemble the coin properly. If you assemble it without normal alignment, the coin may stand out visually as "wrong" when looking at it amongst a pile of coins.Seriously though, great product. I'm going to buy the nickel and the Euro at least.
