If you're looking for a shower seat that can hold a good amount of weight and also fold pretty flat to the wall this is a great choice. It comes in a variety of colors, but we chose black because it matched the way we were remodeling our bathroom. We had a problem with the first one that was shipped to us and their customer service was great. When we couldn't troubleshoot it over the phone, they shipped one out immediately to replace it. I can't speak to how difficult or easy it is to install because we had that done by the people who were redoing our bathroom. And honestly, I would recommend that for something as important as this.

Great Addition to Shower
This was the perfect addition to.our shower, exactly what we were looking for, excellent quality, directions easy to follow, you must have 3/4 inch plywood or mount to studs

Don not buy this
First one ordered we received the wrong item. Second one was severely damaged.The return process has been ridiculous for both items. Taking more than 2 weeks to receive our refunds even though it’s a very expensive item.
