I actually love my Gladwell electric mop and the customer service from Gladwell. Let me just say, when I have questions about a product, I like to get answers fast, and the Gladwell team answers me right away.Now for the mop – It's awesome and works amazing! Until now I have been using my regular mop and pail filled with soapy water. I am so excited with my new electric Glider mop, it is the first time I have one like this. No cord, the battery is long lasting and it just scrubs, buffers and mops all the different floors I have in my house. I have hardwood floor, tiles, and some laminate.No more bending over with the regular mop and pail this is so easy. I actually don’t know what took me so long to get one, but it’s the best purchase I have made all year. It offers a very high powerful deep clean with its dual spin technology. It's also very quiet, so I don’t bother anybody, and the handle does this cool 180-degree rotation. So, I just turn it around to different parts of the room.The pads are awesome and wash them in the washing machine with everything else.I do a lot of cooking, so I mop in the kitchen every 2 days, and the rest of my house weekly. Can be used with the cleaning solution of choice, with the fresh scent that you like best, I chose the lavender solution which I happen to order from Gladwell to test it all out together. Totally love the whole thing and will be getting one for my mom.

Sorry for the long post! I used this product about a total of 3-4 times. After the 2nd time the water tank cracked. The water tank is made of a thin plastic. I reached out for a replacement since the mop was only approximately 6 months old. I was told they had none in stock but would send one out. Months passed, I reached out again, they apologized and said they would send two when they come in. A couple more months passed and my husband reached out and finally received 1 replacement. When we get the replacement the mop isn't working. I reach out and they said they are having problems with the battery so will send me a battery replacement. A couple months later I received the battery replacement. It still did not work. We are thinking it may be the charging cord for the machine. They said they would send me a replacement. It's been over 7 more months and still no replacement. So I have had this machine for 3 years, used it a total of 3-4 times. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with COVID and all and know shipping issues are happening. But they are full of broken promises. They said they would give me $50 off a new one. REALLY! I ended up just purchasing the Bissell Crosswave Multi-Surface Wet/Dry Vacuum. BEST PURCHASE EVER! The gladewell you have to change the pads, one for scrubbing and one for wiping it up. Think about that, you are squirting liquid on the floor then scrubbing with the pads, then wiping it up with another pad. Nothing is sucking it up, you are just wiping it, so a lot of it is still staying on the floor. The bissell crosswave sucks it up and my floors are so clean! Save your money and put it towards a bissell. They will stand behind their product!

I cannot think of a single bad thing to say about this mop! I can’t wait to clean my floors! I used to think a Swiffer mop was the greatest mop. Well move over SWIFFER because the Gladwell mop is here to stay! I cannot even think of how many mops I have purchased throughout the years. This one is truly, truly the best. There’s no scrubbing and no worrying about getting next to the walls. The floor is clean and shiny and this makes me feel happy. The pads come off and right into the washing machine. I did purchase extra pads to have on hand. You don’t have to worry if you’re running out of floor pads, like I did with my old mop, to because you never run out. I always have a clean floor and if anyone knew how easy it was to use this mop, I would never get a chance to use it because they would beat me to it! I wish I had more floor to clean! Sore back? No problem, the mop does all the work! Thank you!

I think this mop is fantastic and easy to use. So much so, that I use it several times a day given the traffic through our farm house. Unfortunately, the water tank was damaged over time (nozzle rips and causes leaks and stops holding water) and so I have had to replace the entire unit since I cannot find anywhere to but a replacement tank. Aside from that, great product.

I wasn't looking for a cordless electric mop when I came across this on Amazon's deal of the day page and thought I'd give it a try. I like the fact that it is rechargeable, it has 2 different kinds of pads that you can use on your floors, also the availability to use your own kind of cleaning liquid was very important to me because we have pets. I have used this item 3 times now, twice for quick spills and clean-ups and one on the whole house weekly mopping of our wood floors. I found the glider mop to be a little to gliding, as it wanted to go in every direction except the one I wanted to go in. I had to use both hands to insure it went the way I needed it to go and found my back protesting after a little while at the effort to keep control. Several times while mopping the gliding mop left it's 45 degree mopping position and began to spin out of control requiring me to turn it off and re-bend it into mopping position before I could continue. This process reminded me of an out-of-balance washing machine, not really gliding but bumping, hopping and jumping along the floors. I did notice after completing my mopping that it allowed my floors, which were clean, to dry much faster than with a regular mop and I really liked that the shoe moldings had a nice opportunity to be cleaned as well. I had to stop about 2/3rds of the way through to recharge the mop as it began flashing, so it really didn't do the whole job on one charge but I finished about 30 minutes later after a 2nd charge. It seems to charge fast and the pads are easy to attach and unattach for washing. My biggest issue is the maneuverability as it was difficult for me to control it.
