I recently upgraded from a one inch to this 1.5 inch and was told ceramic will protect your hair. If you have wavy hair you might want to opt for a non ceramic... (that's the advice, I got from a hair professional). Works well. No issues. For a special occasion where I wanted my hair to hold the curl all day I increased from my usual 380 degrees to 400 degrees and curled in smaller sections. Great results. Results may very I'd say... My hair holds curls great once it's washed and bone dry. I also found if I curled at a lower setting I'd get a light wave versus full curl. Experiment with it. This is my second hot tools curler.

Heats up fast, works for great everyday looks or more formal if you hold longer. I have difficult hair to work with and all I do with this is blow it out then throw in a few curls and ready to go! Highly recommend for home use with high end results. Easy to use.

I can't say that I'm too enthusiastic about doing my hair, but this product makes it really easy. It's quick for me because I have longer hair and it takes me no more than 15min. to do my hair. If you are looking for something that leaves your hair really curly then this would not be the right size unless you have super long hair. But this is a great solution for somebody who is lazy like me and just wants her hair to do something. It heats up extremely fast, so be careful. I have hair that is too healthy so need a lot of heat for it to hold a curl. Doesn't seem like it damages my hair too much either like other curling irons.

Buen producto, sin embargo después de poco uso (no diario, ocasional) de unos 4 meses se le cayó la pintura protectora del barril. Por lo que mejor recomiendo comprar las que no tienen pintura como la gold.
