I have been using for more than two weeks. Here are my observations.Pros :1. Totally worth the price (I bought this item in Offer).2. Stable and perfect3. Best equipment for chest & leg exercises4. We can assemble ourselves easilyConsIt would have better if they provided rubber sole on the handler which supports the weight lifting Bars, for skid resistance.

Here’s my review of the product1) received it on time and good packing with needed components all in one box.2) the quality of the product is very good.3) product assembly by one person requires two to three hours , instructions sent were very clear but they are complex which is understandable.4) product is firm and sturdy.5) local store nearby had similar product expensive by 180 AED more so consider that this is good deal6) product is also foldable for easy storage or moving !

It’s good for the price.The bar holder is very narrow which makes a typical chest press very difficult so you have to go much wider. If you do a traditional width chest press you’ll hurt your fingers with the holder when putting the bar back.Incline feature is good but you need a spotter.Legs - really good and it can hold some good weight.Overall happy with this

Service was very poor right from delivery to installation. Product quality is not as high as it was expected.

the bench came with the wrong material inside. the hooks and bolts are at least 1 cm away from tightly closing to the iron rods.the build overall is not bad and ok for the flat bench but for the incline it will be almost impossible to use without hurting your shoulders.I have returned the item. it is not safe to use

Cheap price but good quality I was surprised. Good for chest and legs
