I've used several downstream injector siphons like this and never had any issue. This one simply didn't work. I tried all their troubleshooting tricks and it still didn't work. Plus, when I'm pulling bleach out of a 5 gallon bucket, I need it on the ground and not have to try and get gravity to have to help it work. I would go with a different brand. Unfortunately, I didn't try to use it within the return window so I guess I'm just out the money.

I wasn't able to use this until I also bought a quick disconnect kit. The injector works great!Gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm not running harsh chemicals back through the pressure washers' pump.One thing though is the sensitivity on the adjustment knob... If you don't adjust the flow properly, you can blast through an entire gallon of cleaner really quick LOL! Yes, that's how well it works.I do recommend to also run fresh water through it using the pressure washer, to keep the internal o-rings from deteriorating too quickly, once you are done using it.
