Broke when installing. And also was so stiff it wouldn’t move when hooked up

Installed and lasted 2 mos ...cable is defective 2nd one I ordered, 1st one failed after 6mos

Will not use pice brake putting it in not a good quality at all wouldn’t trust it to be used on a shifter should be removed due to safety

Everything fit fine, however the retaining clips on the transmission side was too small and it did not clip in and hold the cable to the mount. This was disappointing considering the work it is to install. In an effort to use my truck, which I need, I put vise grips on the cable so I can shift it until I purchase an OEM cable. This may fit others; it did not work on my truck.

Purchased this almost 1yr ago 12Sep2021 for my truck. The vehicle isn't used too often, probably once or twice a week. I installed the first one of these I purchased and it arrived with the tab snapped off. This is the second one and today while attempting to reverse the plastic sheath snapped. The OEM part lasted 18yrs on the truck, this one couldn't make the year, and I'm gentle with my vehicles and provide them the TLC needed to keep them going.

This part is total cheap garbage. The plastic clips fell apart in less than a day. Rendering the cable useless. So do yourself a favor, and buy a name brand cable.
