No it doesn’t just reuse the factory screws I had to drill 1 hole it was easy though

Is an excellent product really strong to play hard with my red cat truck it did fit exactly just like the original plastic one that it came with the pick up truck. Very light and real hard aluminum I couldn’t get better chassis for a low price. I do recommended 100 %
