I have been on the hunt for high quality chocolate to use in cookies. I've tried scores of chocolate bars, never satisfied and happened upon these and decided to try them. I have never received the kind of rave reviews on my cookies as I have with these. Chocolate is a decided preference, but these are the ones for me!

OMG these taste amazing! This is such a high quality dark chocolate at an affordable price. Will continue to purchase these for my baking needs.

This chocolate melted beautifully, and tempered well. I think many would really like it. Personally, I find it a bit on the sour side,like some dark coffee can be. While these came out ok, I'll go with a different type of valrhona dark the next time I make truffles.

Valrhona is my favorite chocolate...I love making muffins and chocolate cakes with this dark couverture.
