Q: Are these gloves warm?

These gloves do not keep your hands warm as much as winter gloves or ski gloves. They do inherently keep some heat in that’s coming off of your hands but they also do not have a wind barrier so in real windy conditions (especially when wet) you will feel the cold pierce through a bit.

Q: does this glove have a tackiness on the inner palm side of glove? My others did and got worse over time (so sticky that i couldn't use it)

No I didn’t feel tackiness or stickiness against my skin while using these gloves. HOWEVER, there’s a chance that you may encounter this problem if these gloves are left out in the hot sun to bake. Keep your gloves clean and dry after use and in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight to reduce the sticky problem. Thankfully these gloves are affordable enough to replace them whenever you have this problem though.

Q: Do they protect your hands when using a knife for filleting

I've never used them while filleting. I use them as work gloves. My thought would be that the gentle and slow knife strokes while filleting would help any misdirected knife strokes from causing any serious injury. Of course, caution is the rule. Happy fishing!
