I'm glad I ignored the bad reviews because the battery is perfect! I have never fixed anything and don't know about computers but it was easy and the battery works

excellent product

New battery lasts only for two hours. A genuine battery that was actually 38 wh lasted for 6-8 hours. This is a total garbage. My old battery still holds longer then this one.

Works fine for 2 months already in my Inspiron 7373

Although unfortunately this wasn’t the right battery for my laptop it was well packaged and arrived quick. It was listed incorrectly on the search hence not being correct but had I had this model of laptop it would have been fine. Instructions to send back could have been better as it did cause issues but I did get refund in the end.

Sold as a 38Wh battery, but as showin in the screengrab the actual design capacity is 23.3Wh .And after two discharge cycles as recommended in the instructions the full charged capacity has dropped to 20.5Wh - just over half of what this battery is supposed to hold.Waste of money - returned for a refund.

Great replacement and a good price

Definitely do not buy this product! I can no longer use my laptop. The second I installed it, the battery life was dreadful. After a month, it started to die with the laptop still plugged in. After 3, it warped completely. I feel glad that it didn’t cause a fire because it could have been very dangerous indeed. The laptop is no longer usable at all.
