Refurbished Dell broke very quickly
The charging port was broken and not charging within one month of use! I would not buy again.

A decent used laptop
Laptop came with issues with headphones port and USB-C port. I tried reinstalling the drives but no amount of troubleshooting helped. I finally had to return it. They should have checked that before shipping. I have bought Amazon renewed products before but this was not of the same quality.It had cosmetic issues too but not too bad. In terms of performance, it was good. Novabench score was around 1600. It will do a great job for day to day computing tasks. It’s not for gaming or any graphic heavy tasks. Good for podcast recordings.
