Bisque tiles unpainted use underglazes

I am going to glaze these for coasters. They arrived in great shape, and good quality bisque. I will purchase these again.

I’ve bought these tiles a few times now and they are great to make coasters with. I think they are slightly larger than 4in, so the 4in cork squares I have fit perfectly on them and leaves a small border. I prefer unfinished ones compared to standard glossy tiles, it makes it easier to paint on. In my last order one of the tiles was broken, I emailed them and they got back to me right away, and sent me two replacement tiles, no headache at all. All in all, high quality in both their product and customer service!

I’m obsessed with these. They worked fantastic. I love that you receive enough that you’ll never have to buy more if you’re also using them for clay. If I do though, I’ll only be re-purchasing them from this seller. They were packaged phenomenally. It took me like 5 minutes to get them out of the tight protective packaging and I respect that. Not a single chipped or broken tile.

I used low fire underglaze. Came out perfect.

These unpainted bisque tiles are perfect for glazing. Make nice coasters for plants or coffee tables. Good price. No issues in transit.

I'm giving these a "C" grade, passing but not in any way exceptional. It seem to me that ratings tend to be very inflated, if average gets 5 starts what does exceptional get? While 3 stars may look horrible, that is not what I mean, these are ok, not bad, but also not exceptional.I understand that unglazed tiles would have to cost more than glazed tiles because the glazed version are made by the millions and probably fairly automated, while the much smaller volume of these tiles probably requires much more manual handling. Still, the fact that they are SO MUCH more expensive than the commodity tiles from a "big box store" is not so great.I bought them as crafts project for my niece, and was willing to pay for the entertainment value, but I wouldn't have paid that much for just tile per se.They were packaged adequately and arrived quickly and unbroken.

I used these for coral frag tiles. I soaked them 3x for 24 hours at a time. There is a sand paper like surface which makes gluing ideal.

Very happy with these tiles. I used them to make sets of coasters. Easy to draw on and fired nicely.Would recommend.
