Painfree,stability in muscle&joint.
I tore two ligaments in my knee MCL&PATTELER FEMORAL. Without this awesome tape, I was crippled. I am a massage therapist, with training in taping.Thank God,I took those ceu's!!!!

The tape DID work, but..
The tape does work; I have post surgery ankle pain and shin splints and it relieved pain almost immediately. My issue is that they don't stay on. The ends curl up just an hour after I put them on (I was VERY careful not to touch the anchors). Disappointed that it won't last for more than a day, which means having to waste more strips and apply too often. Trying Kt tape next

Instantly felt relief when applied around knees

Negative skin reaction
Used a few of the strips & they seemed to work. However, the spot on my shoulder wear the strips were had a bad reaction on my skin! The redness & dry skin took several months to clear.
