Very heavy
The iron is very heavy and the hit water is dripping from the iron head, need to wear a glove to avoid getting burned.

not working item, the water keep on spilling, clicking noise and no steam coming out
i purchased this last December did not have time to try it,,now after being excited to try it out it is not working.. as per description with 1 year warranty.. how can we avail? :( :( :(

Product didnt work
The steamer kept making a clicking noise but didn't produce steam. I've re-ordered the item. There are others who have faced same issue as per amazon reviews.Will update here if they send a working item in the re-order I have placed.
