Door hangs up causing it not to close back
Door tends to hang up and not close back all the way.

the item seems sturdy. made well. joints functional. We returned because we found a much more inexpensive one.

12" damper is 12 1/2" and having to buy an adapter
The damper is supposed to be 12 in but is not made correctly. At 12.5 inches there is just no way to get my 12 inch flex duct to go over it. Having to make an adapter. Beware. A 2 minute job is now more money and a trip to the store just to finish.

Arrived bent
This thing is arrived very bent and wont seal anything off, might as well just leave it open

They sell it as a 12 inch duct. It is actually 12.4 inches in diameter

These are not 12" see write up and pictures
The media could not be loaded. Dampers are meant to go inside, this is too large for my 12" duct, and dampers can't open if not modified.
