It is very rare for me to give a company five stars and/or a bad review. So if you see me give them five stars they are the stuff and I was very pleased. I bought the 10A kinky curl 18-inch v/u part wig for my little sister for picture day a few weeks ago it was at the last minute we only had a day to order a wig and one person said this and that about wig companies so I was conflicted on what to order. I’ve never ordered from Nadula but I took the chance and I ordered this wig for $107 I got it on a deal for 80 something and it came out to $91. It came the next day and I and my sister were nervous because if this wig didn’t come out right, we wouldn’t know what she would have done with her hair. The hair came in a nice pink company box and it came with two caps for a wig, a headband, and a bra strap (which I needed for my strapless bra). When we saw the wig we both lost hope in this wig. I have the worst experience with u part wigs and jerry curls. I spent that money on that wig and she had picture day so we were determined to make that wig look good on her. The wig didn’t have any foul smells nor did it smell like burnt hair it smelt brand new like it was from a hair store and it also was so soft! So I washed it with a conditioner I like to use which is by the brand named Aussie it’s in a purple bottle. The wig didn’t have any chemicals coming off or didn’t have dirty things coming off the hair (you know how if you get a wig and you see a dirty brown solution coming off your wig as if it’s not new), so that was a plus. After I washed it I got a towel nobody use and I patted the hair with the towel making sure it was not dripping wet then when it was wet and dry I got my hair products (Mielle’s curl smoothie, Design essentials almond & avocado curl enhancing mousse). Then, I moisturized the hair with Mielle’s curl smoothie (the lawd that smells so good). After I was done moisturizing the hair I pumped the design essential mousse (to keep the curls) on individual parts and I started finger curling small parts of the hair to the ends. Once the entire hair was finger curled I let it air dry and once it was fully dried (didn’t take that long, to be honest) I undid most of the finger curls and I used Mielle’s curl refreshing spray and used a wig brushed to kinda define the curls. I have to say it looked amazing. Those curls looked natural and I was shocked because I had the worst experience with kinky curls, I guess I didn’t have the right products at that time. That wig looked amazing and natural like I couldn’t even. So my sister did her hair (put her hair in a low ponytail and left out the parts for the u/v part). Now we were excited the wig was the bomb but what needed to work was blending the wig with her hair texture. Her hair is mixed with 3c and 4a and her texture is kind of damaged she has had trouble blending her hair with previous u/v part wigs. So she did her hair then she put the wig on she noticed that the wig is a little too big but she used adjusting straps that help a bit. She used Mielle’s curl smoothie with the hair she left out to blend it with the wig and she used the wig brush to blend it more. After her hair was a bit blended she put the mousse, I mentioned earlier, all over the curls (to make the curls stay), and then she did that hairstyle above. The curls weren’t quite blended so she finger-curled her hair and the wig together to make it look more natural and BOOM it looked bomb! We were so surprised. When she went to school the next day everybody was complimenting her so I would highly suggest this wig! (if you are wondering she is 5’6 and has tall legs) If you want the wig to look like my sisters then I would recommend following my steps and using the products I listed above if you want a strong hold you could try using eco gel and finger curling it with your hair and the wig hair. I am sorry for this long review a lot of people recommend a very descriptive review and that’s what I did so I hope if you try this wig you’ll enjoy it as much as my sister does!Cons:The hair sheds a bit much but that’s all kinky curl wigs.Cap was a bit too bigPros:Easy to blendVery softThe curl texture is perfectThe length is perfectA few weeks in and it still looks the same and amazing!

The quality is amazing. Had the hair for 5 months and the curls still have life in them. It did come more blonde than the picture but the hair is beautiful

I ordered this week in 2023. It was perfect and not bulky and didn’t tangle much. So, when I came back and purchased in 2025. It was very different. It tangled instantly and didn’t lay as flat. I believe they changed suppliers. I was very disappointed. Had I known this….i would have bought several in 2023. Oh well, it was good while it lasted. Now it’s a matted mess :(

I bought the half wig version that you could wear with or without the headband. I wore this wig in a flip over with VERY MINIMAL leave out and as a half up, half down. It was very versatile and i was able to wear it in different ways after a little shaping. My suggestion is buy a longer length so you can play with the length. I wore it as an everyday wig so it got old quick but if you take care of it like put it in braids or twist at night, you’ll get alot of wears out of it. Water goes a long way with this wig. Keep it detangled or else it will matte up on you. It did give real hair though. Not too much shedding if you don’t bother it

Absolutely beautiful and soft.

The product required cleaning as it was very dirty when I just dipped my hair in the water for the first rinse, and the water turned muddy brown. It took about 6-7 washes to get it clean. It also had a chemical smell, which went away by the last cleanse of the unit. Now to the detangle: when I state that it sheds, it sheds a lot, so when they say it does not shed that is false!!. I was not expecting that amount of hair to be in the tooth comb or my hands when I finger-detangled the unit. I will NOT purchase the unit in the future.

The wig is ok, I did experience a good bit of shedding. Even taking out the pack before combing it out and washing it I had strands coming out. Not good. My biggest issue with this wig and african american hair is the wig clips in it are WAY too small. Too small. Then they have some steel pieces underneath and it makes it hard for you to actually clip it in the hair and for it to stay closed if you have thick hair. I am going to have to take them out and replace them with the normal ones that usually come in wigs. This was very disappointing with the reviews you see on Nadula hair and to get a wig and can't throw it on and wear it (had plans) but has to be customized with the clips because they are entirely too small. Tiny actually. Like the teeth on the combs are so short and small they wont go all way through the braid or the hair and in my hair they don't hold the wig on good. Big disappointment. I started to return it. I am tired of spending money with these companies and get the hair and it's issues. I've purchased wigs from not so known vendors on here that wigs were better structured under the cap and less shedding. So I think this is my last time spending money with these companies on these wigs, the quality is getting worse and worse from the hair to the cap structure. They send the cream of the crop wigs to social media influencers to get people to buy them. You order and you don't get what they got. You get poodle hair with small clips.

The media could not be loaded. I just put it on top and loosened the curls with my fingers and it was beautiful, I hope I don't lose too many hair,After using it for three days, the hair got tangled in such a way that it looked like a doll's mug. This is not human hair. It got worse after washing it. It took me more than 2 hours to untangle my hair. Even with conditioner, the hair gets tangled even with sweat from my neck. It's worse than a doll's mug. Besides, where it's lace, you lose all your hair when you're combing it because of the knots that happen in your hair. I would like my money back
