This was a great purchase. It tilts far enough back to wash their hair and tilts back smoothly. If you buy the chair with the big wheels or the smaller ones you will be happy either way. Safe, secure and well made.

Good but needs clearer instructionans.
Only gave 4 stars because instructions to install large wheels were not included. It is also tall with large wheels making it difficult to put my husband in with the manual hoyer lift.
