Loofahs not only wear out very quickly but they indeed are a fest for germs. This has been my quandary for a while the knowledge of this. This device can be put in a washing bag in the washer every week for sanitation or soaked in a home solution. This is firm and flexible enough for a good scrub and it does lather sufficiently. My skin does feel noticably cleaner using this. Loofahs lather well but just smear foam around on your skin. So unless foam eats dirt and germs you are not getting the full clean. Loofahs unravel after a few weeks also especially if you try to wash them. The combination of firm yet flexible bristles on this device make the epidermis cleaner in my estimation. No, it is not as comforting as a loofah but it is better to be genuinely clean afterwards than to just feel good in the shower.

My son loves this so much, my husband requested one. They are a good size for older kids, like 8 and above, and adults. It would be too big for my younger kids. It provides lots of suds. It has been used daily months without losing scrubbers. the colors are nice and match the pictures. It isn't too rough or exfoliating for sensitive skin. It is durable and lasting. It is better quality than many I have used.

Great bc it won't collect water and get moldy but it's pretty hard to lather my body wash so I have to use a lot

You get exactly what you see. Works well. Half to use more body wash that I would with a loofa though.

This is a perfect shower brush. The thicker shorter bristles are great for scrubbing shampoo and giving a nice hair massage. The other side has more flexible thin bristles that are perfect for body. I found it better than a washcloth or loofah because it doesn’t hold bacteria or need to be replaced as often. I also feel cleaner using this brush than my loofahs

This brush works ok, I mostly use the head scrub side because I do feel like it helps me scrub my scalp well. The body scrubbing side is a no for me, it wastes a whole bunch of soap as it absorbs into the long bristles and I don’t feel like it really scrubs anything, the bristles just part open when they hit the skin.
