Abysmal product support
So after having used the unit for three plus years with all my data … their server crashed ( confirmed by their email to me). They lost all my data. They have no back up!!! Initial contact I just got generic emails back as to how to get data back. Then once pressed to actually do something… they totally ingnore you. Be warned … the unit works … until it doesn’t !!! Then you get no help or customer support whatsoever My advice … avoid this company like the plague… they just want your money.

Flawed product and app
I am not pleased that this just stopped working after less than three months…. It’s only had light usage but….. no more chargeI am returning it for a refund - I would have taken a replacement but Amazon don’t do that ….Now, the appAs you can’t change / add your own drinks, and are limited to water, tea and coffee - plus some brands that I have both never seen or bought in the uk - it’s a failing…. Even squash would be useful…..I am glad I tried it, but it’s not at all durable, and the app is flawed for real life use

Dodgy company... Do not even know their obligations under consumer rights. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Bought this water bottle and have had nothing but persistent problems with it, persevered through multiple support emails to eventually be given a non resolution and told to buy a replacement cable of them to maybe resolve the fact that they maybe had supplied poor quality/an extremely poor batch of cables.Despite this the problems was with the sensor puck not the cables!

Over priced compared to Apple store.
Quality is good but the receiver kept falling out of the base. It should have “clicked” into place very frustrating.
