This is my favorite conditioner, and I have ordered it before. I got caught out on this one though. They reduced the amount of conditioner by 50%! There was another option where I could have ordered twice as much for just $6 more. Maybe Sebastian downsized all of their items but this is more than inflation can justify!

My friend, who is a hair dresser, recommended this for me. I cannot thank her enough for this product--it works great! Leave on wet hair for about 10 minutes after washing your hair and then rinse it. It leaves hair silky and smooth, like no other expensive leave-in or any kind of conditioner I used before! I am never using anything else again.

I have never reviewed any product but this one creeped me out and I consider it a safety concern. The drench conditioner I received was not what was in the bottle. I have used this product for years and immediately recognized that the bottle, though correct, was filled with another conditioner, not the product ordered. The substance in thebottle was dark yellowed and the scent was completely different from typical drench conditioner. Drench is white not yellow and does not smell like the scent received. Hate to say it, but this seems like a scam. Be very concerned if you choose to purchase this product; you do not know what you are using.

I love this product. The website showed this as a large bottle 32oz but showed up as a small 16oz bottle. Total rip off for the price. I’m a prime member and Amazon is totally rejecting my desire to return. Just goes to show Amazon doesn’t always have the best service or price.
