customer service is top notch!
There was small problem with my order and I contacted seller to let them know. They took care of my problem and then some quickly! I really appreciated their customer service. Now a days good customer service can be hard to find, but they were excellent! I have not used product as of yet but they are seem to be of good quality and I love the gold lids!!

It looks fancy
The media could not be loaded. I wish it was glass no plastic but overall it great product for the price it’s listed . I had couple lids that some how broke . They definitely looks fancy and they are easy to use .

Came with cracked lids
Some had cracked lids on arrival. For those without cracks, I have been getting complaints from the customers of the lids breaking easily. Looks good but wouldn't recommend as they are not durable.
