Good product and as described
These are exactly as described and very useful to my wife as yoga weights. They could also be used for either exercise weights or to weigh-down objects that may otherwise tip-over (I'm thinking about objects like photo light stands or flag stands that are "tippy" unless weighted at the bottom). The inner bag keeps the sand from leaking-out and the outer bag is durable for general use. Oddly, it is *relatively* hard and expensive to get a little clean sand, but it is easy to get 30-50 pounds of sand at reasonable cost. These bags will hold about 10 pounds before the inner bag gets too full to insert easily into the outer bag with the zipper end of the inner bag inserted into the outer bag first (this keeps any stray grains of sand in the bottom of the outer bag rather than at the top where they could migrate out onto the floor).

Great value
I was planning on constructing my own sandbags to fill for yoga practice but when I saw these, available for only $9.75, I decided to purchase them. They are high quality, and I'm most happy with them. I know they'll never leak, and they do the intended job!

Great bags
I like these bags a lot. I filled them to about 10 pounds of sand and use them for Savasana and other poses. I like the assistance the bags provide. I've had these bags now for a couple of months and they are holding up fine with near daily use. Now, I'm not throwing them around, but I'm not being gentle.

If you pack it real real tight, you can fit all of 8.8 pounds
Durable, but it should have a top seam zipper if you actually want to fit the full 10 pounds in. Liner is not as tough and durable as the outer layer, and it was a fight to get in 8.8lbs. All in all it's nice, but I am very number centric so I'm a little bummed I can't get all 10 in. Still a fantastic tool for my practice overall!

I am using this for a rather unorthodox purpose; as a support for a mini video projector. Rather than the little camera tripod that came with the projector or one of my other small tripods, none of which are stable enough for my purposes, this little sand bag (which I filled with five pounds of aquarium gravel I bought at our local pet store) works great. I just shape it to the elevation I need and push the mini-projector slightly into the surface which gives way just enough to keep things stable. If I happen to knock the projector out of kilter, it takes just seconds to reset it. Way better than a shaky tripod.

EXCELLENT QUALITY both Fabric and Stitching
I was very impressed with this product (I bought 2). The construction is durable and well made. The inner bag is a nylon fabric which slides easily into outer bag (put it in first before adding your weighted material). The zippers on the inner and outer bag are good quality and close completely. Mine when full weighs 5lbs. Based on the dimensions, there is no way it would hold 10lbs (just look at a 10lb bag of rice in the grocery store and you'll understand). I highly recommend this product.

Decent enough for the price.
It's a decent sandbag. The internal nylon sleeve isn't very thick and you can see the sand bursting from the seam. But for the price it's good enough.

Multiple uses for this product!
If you are into Somatic yoga, or just simply experiencing stress, use this product for sandbag breathing. You can Google it and read the benefits it provides. I just place the bag on my abdomen right below my navel. The weight keeps you focused on your breath and feels very calming. The only "problem " I have had is that it relaxes me so much that I have fallen asleep with the bag in place. 🙄 Probably not a good idea, but a real testimony to the relaxation element, since I have often had insomnia issues. I use my bag in the morning and at night. I also use it on my abdomen during shavasana in class. It feels good to place on your lower back during child's pose. You can deepen your reclined twist by placing one on your top hip, but this must be done with care if you have lower back issues. Maybe a second bag with half the sand would be good for this use. If you do yoga, I believe this product will enhance your experience.
