Any regular size (ie a size that doesn't say Long in it) will be fine for your height. Here is the size chart from S-3XL. The size of these jackets are based on your chest size so it's hard to give a specific recommendation. To measure your chest size all you need is a flexible measuring tape to measure the largest part of your chest all the way around (in inches). If you don't have one, you can measure your chest with a piece of yarn or string and then measure that with a rigid measuring tape or a ruler. Small = 36-38 inches Medium = 40-42 inches Large = 44-46 inches X-Large = 48-50 inches 2X-Large = 52-54 inches 3X-Large = 56-58 inches If your measurement falls in between to (like 51 inches is in between XL and 2XL), we would recommending rounding up to the next size (in this case 2XL).
