Great Gift
I purchased this as a gift for Father’s Day and it’s great, he absolutely loves it. It’s fairly heavy, so be mindful of that, and it arrives a bit dusty so make sure to clean it well before use. Great product for the price.

Nothing like stone
I really like this stone. I am very tactile and love the feel of it. Its easy to clean by hand and it’s safe in the dishwasher for the occasional super hot wash. It also cools off quickly. It’s gentle on the edges my lovely Global knives, which I appreciate.

Extremely smooth work surface
It’s a great size as it’s a bit smaller than the average board of this nature. The board thickness is substantial and the texture is incredibly smooth. The super smooth surface is one of the main reasons for purchasing. I’m actually using this to press wax seals on and love it for that purpose.

Great as computer/HDD Bay stands on a carpeted floor!
My whole house is carpeted. This is a great stand for me to use to place either a small computer or a hard drive bay on top of. It provides a strong, secure, cool platform for these devices to stand on. I don’t like the idea of putting my electronic devices straight onto the carpeted floors. So these are a very nice alternative.

Absorbs oil/ coloring of food - show stains and should NOT be listed as a cutting board
DO NOT BUY if you intend to use it as a food cutting board.I only had it for a few days and it absorbed the oil after cutting cooked chicken as well as the orange color of sweet potato after cutting.I tried to get it out, but nothing worked.
