Q: need one for waterproof outdoor use any ideas?

This RoyPow power supply is NOT waterproof, we suggest indoor use only. Moreover, we don't have such a waterproof power supply currently.

Q: I want to use this to charge a dashcam battery pack that is normally charged only when the car engine is on. It is 12/10A. It should work right?

Q: would this work to power atv speakers with 450watt amp? the speakers plug into atv via cigarette plug.

No. You can not make 450 watts from 150 watts.

Q: Will a DC cord w/ male plug firmly seat with the female port on this device? I have not had a tight, firm, full connection w/ another similar device.

I only have a small vacuum that I have used with this device and so far I have had no issues
