Q: I wear size 36W 29L what size should I get?

I am one size bigger than you. I got the 2XL in the jacket, and 3xl in the coveralls, so I could wear clothing under them in the winter. They fit perfect with thicker clothes under, like a hoodie etc

Q: If im a size 42 what size should i get. Also how water proof are they can i kneel in a puddle and stay dry?

The 3XL should fit you fine and leave a bit of room for comfort and some thermals if you're in cold climate. Yes, you will definitely stay dry if you take a knee in a puddle. These are pretty ridgid and waterproof, and the led stripes are fantastically bright. Very easy to clean as well.

Q: Are they good for hydoblasting?

While it should keep you dry a 6k pressure washer will rip this. Can’t imagine what a 20 or 40k would do to it.
