Don't buy zline
🚫BUYER BEWARE🚫🚫🚫 Within not even 2 years of having the Zline 48inch range, refrigerator, and a dishwasher I have had issues with them ALL. There is only a year warranty on these high-end products. I have a $1,500 dishwasher that is broken and has to be replaced. A 48 inch stove with only 3 working burners out of the 7 on the stove, a over that won't work as well. A fridge that has a broken ice maker. I expected to have quality and durability with my high-end purchases. If you want something that will last don't buy Zline. 🚫🚫🚫

Great value!
I was super nervous about purchasing such a high ticket item without many positive reviews but we took a chance and I am so glad we did. The looks are definitely top in my opinion, it looks as good or better than most high end ranges I have seen. We have only had this installed for a week, but the installation itself was not very complicated. So far I have tried out all the burners and the oven and it is super easy to use and works great. The smooth sliding oven racks are so nice. Make sure you adjust the burner settings as per the instructions, it allows for a very low simmer to a full boil. I definitely think this is a great value for the price.

Looks good but there are problems
Overall, the range looks very good. We were looking forward to using our new range, but unfortunately, after hooking it up, the igniter won’t light the top burners. We have tried everything to get it to work, but to no avail. Although we can light it using a zippo, we cannot use the built-in igniter. I tried calling the line service but they’re only open during normal business hours and their callback time is advertised at 2 to 3 days so clearly not good a good business model. If I can get someone to help me with this issue, I may rewrite or edit this review, but for now, if I had known this was going to happen, I would not have bought this range. After calling the service department I finally managed to talk to a live person who was able to immediately identify the issue. Once the wiring was corrected it worked great.

This range is worth every dollar.
We bought this 40 inch Z-Line range 2 years ago and it's truly a hidden gem. We absolutely love it. I've been around the other models for years and of course they're nice but not worth the money. The range itself is great and setting the output is easy. (Make sure you keep the little screw driver somewhere safe.) The main oven is nice and big. The little oven is very handy but ours is off by 10 degrees to the cool side. The sliding shelves are a nice addition. They slide on bearings and don't take much to get moving. My advice to you is to make sure your Gas Meter can handle this and your other gas appliances.
