Cold pressed process extremely important above all other. Store in cool dark place to retain freshness (same as regular oils). You will notice difference. Highly recommend.

Relatively no smell or flavor
This oil has the lightest smell and flavor when compared to the olive oil I used to use. I purchased this to use in the air fryer, due to its high smoke point. It doesn't really make things oily when used in a mister. Crisps things up well in the air fryer.
