Seems pretty solid but haven't used it much yet (that's the reason for only 4 stars). Instructions weren't great but installation was pretty simple.

I installed this on my 07’ grizzly 700 with no issue.I wish the bolt holes lined up better, otherwise it works. I have yet to test it out on a trailer, but seems sturdyI included a photo of the instructions that details install on different machines.

Used to put hitch on front of an older a Honda ATV to tow airplanes. Worked great with minor adaptations.

I purchased this after reviewing Kolpin's "Fit List" and found that this universal hitch was supposed to fit my quad. When I received it I immediately saw that this wouldn't fit my quad so I looked at Kolpin's website again and confirmed that it was supposed to fit my quad however there's no possible way that it could. I also noted that Kolpin made a hitch specifically for this model quad but their fit-list stated it would not fit the year-model I own. The instruction sheet for this model-specific hitch showed a picture that looks exactly like the mounting area on my quad so I emailed Kolpin about the issue but they never responded. I returned this hitch to Amazon since it's useless for my application. Perhaps I'll obtain a hitch from another manufacturer.

Definitely works great

Although the instructions weren't very good, it fit my 2006 Yamaha Grizzly perfectly. I like how it attaches to the existing hitch hole as well as the frame to make an even stronger hitch than the original ball mount is.One of the previous reviewers talks about it having a downward angle. I did not find that to be the case at all with my experiences.
