Packaging could be better & Fan sleep is around 2000RPM. Negligible noise. decent product, Can go for it!

It's not usb fan
I ordered it, but didn't receive fan with usb cable. Do not order if your requirement is to buy usb cable fan.

Decent fan
I initially received a fan with Molex connector instead of USB. This seems to be happening to a lot of other people also based on the other reviews that I saw. I did request for a replacement and got the USB version.The fan is basically a 12V fan so while powering it to a normal USB port works, the RPM is very low. I bought a dc-jack to USB converter so that I can plug my 12V adapter to power the fan. It worked well in this manner but the sound was a too high. Thankfully, the device that I am using does not heat that much so I kept it running at 5V and it does a good job maintaining the temperature even if the RPM was slow. Also, at 5v, the sound was barely noticeable.

Not suitable for usb port
The fan is not suitable for usb port because it's rated at 12v, I will probably use it as a cabinet fan. Not useful for my use case
