Brilliant soap pump, looks great too.
Excellent soap dispenser, works very well, releases the right amount of liquid soap needed for your hands .looks lovely on the work top, just don’t over fill the dispenser as it may clog up, just empty the excess amount away.

Terrible product
I bought two of these hand soap dispensers. Initially I was impressed by the look of them and sturdiness. Unfortunately one of the dispensers would not sense when your hand was under it and would only dispense soap when you awkwardly turned the back of your hand to the dispenser. The experience was the same for the four people using it. After 4 weeks of use, both hand soap dispensers have stopped working. On one of them the seal to battery housing has not been good enough and moisture has entered the unit causing damage to the battery terminals. frustratingly while we have covid in the house.A waste of money and unfortunately i am out with my return timescale. Very disappointing!I would not recommend this product

Nice product but a bit temperamental
It works but sometimes after second or third attempt. Easy to clean and put soap in.

Great addition to kitchen
The media could not be loaded. I love this item. I've got mine in the kitchen. Great for when you're handling raw meat as you don't need to touch anything! I just used regular antibacterial hand soap. I added a touch of water but probably didn't need to. Sturdy and looks great. Doesn't drip. I bought the white one for a gift for my parents and the black one for myself. I waited for their verdict before I purchased mine. They love it too.

Doesn’t work
Looks stylish and robust, but the most important thing is it doesn’t work. I have been careful not to use the soaps that were warned against, but still 9 times out of 10 it doesn't work. Occasionally it might spurt some soap out, or another time a tiny droplet of soap, but mainly, just the blue light comes on to indicate battery definitely working, but no soap comes out. A waste of money.

Great until it stopped working
Worked fine for nearly two years, now stopped working, followed all instructions for clearing blockages and changed batteries. Buying a manual pump instead next.
