After trying all the drugstore rosacea products to moisturize my skin and calm the redness and itching down, I gave up hope that anything would work. I have moderate rosacea that sometimes becomes severely inflamed across my cheeks, nose, and above my nose. Some products would give me relief from symptoms for a week or so, and then stop working. I tried creams, natural and vitamin supplements, mineral creams, yoga, everything I remotely thought might help. This product is the only thing that has EVER worked, and it works quickly (drastically reduces redness within an hour usually- two hours at my worst inflammation), leaves no greasiness, and doesn't mess with my allergies. It is the most expensive beauty product I've ever bought, so it was risky, but I was desperate. I applied sparingly, maybe two or three times a week only to my cheeks, entire nose, and small area on forehead, and the jar lasted me one year exactly. I use fragrance/dye free generic moisturizer for my daily regimen, but this product is so effective I never needed to use it daily. If I could afford it, I would use it twice a day as my regular moisturizer. It leaves my skin smooth, velvety (instead of oily or dry) and free of the redness and bumps. It also dimished my acne outbreaks, which I think were associated with the rosacea, and the fine lines I was beginning to get due to the constant dryness. I love it so much that I told my dermatologist about it so that he could recommend it. Now I'm looking for a DERMAdoctor product for the severe eczema I have on the rest on my body.

I have been suffering from severe seborrheic dermatitis for years. (Specifically my hairline, eyebrows & nose) I’ve tried SO MANY products recommended by dermatologist, med spas & estheticians.This is the first thing that has worked at soothing & clearing up my skin! My skin is usually dry and will flake but this has been great in regards of moisturizing as well!I did a deep dive on the internet and pyrithione zinc seems to be the magic ingredient to help the irritation.This product is a godsend and has given me my confidence back. I wish I could get it 100 star rating!

The cleanser itself is great--it's nice to finally have a pyrithione zinc cleanser in liquid form, instead of being forced to use the solid bar. If you have acne/sensitive skin/rosacea, this is a great option. The reason I gave only 4 stars is the packaging/bottle. I assumed everyone else was exaggerating; unfortunately, they were not. The glass itself is not terrible for me because I don't use it in the shower, but I still worry about dropping it. The worst part is the pump--it's so bad that I am going to purchase an empty pump bottle from Target and transfer the cleanser into there. Not only is there no pressure in the pump (meaning the product kind of drips/leaks out, rather than squirts into my palm), but it also doesn't release very much cleanser. I have to hold the glass bottle in one hand horizontally (with my wet hands, no less) so that gravity does its thing and the cleanser drops into my other palm. I don't feel it unreasonable to expect to not have to perform these kinds of maneuvers/near-acrobatics just to wash my face.Kudos to a great product, but please please improve the bottle!

I looked flushed all the time, after 1 week, the redness has faded

Pros: This stuff makes my skin feel silky, smooth, and moisturized. I was afraid my skin would look or feel oily, but it doesn't. I have perioral dermatitis, and I bought this cleanser to help with the dry skin, inflammation, and redness associated with that. I will continue to buy this cleanser even after my dermatitis clearsCon: This is an oil, and the cap on the bottle seems to be meant more for a lotion, so there is some mess associated with dispensing it. I would definitely prefer a pump on this bottle, so I will most likely go buy a cheap one and transfer the oil so that I don't lose cleanser during dispensing and make a mess on my bathroom counter.

I have been looking for a product that will help me with seborrheic dematities for years. I have tried many different products but this one has been the best one! I use it 2x a week and my skin and scalp looks so good. No irritation, dryness, or flakiness.Don't buy it, I will buy everything for my selfish use. Great product
