I make this side dish every Thanksgiving and there is no substitute for the cipollini onion! This year I couldn’t find them in any grocery store so I got them through Amazon. I will continue to get them and others through Amazon.

These onions arrived on time. Unfortunately some of the onions were moldy and rotten and had to be thrown out.

Perfect flavor.
These onions were called for in a sheet pan recipe. They were wonderful. The flavor was perfect! Give yourself a little extra time for prep as they take a little longer to peel.
