Great replacement for my lost charger, minor issues
This is a great replacement for my charger my only complaint is that the car adapter doesn't work with my model and the battery life is a teenie bit shorter than the original.

Batteries won’t fit on own charger or camera
Charger works fine with original battery. The batteries that come with the charger don’t fit on the charger or the camera. The top plastic piece that goes into the charger and camera are larger than original battery. It’s funny these batteries wouldn’t fit in their own charger. I had to cut a piece of to make it work. After I did that it charged with no issues and I was able to use it with my camera. Handycam DCR-SR45

Lasted longer than my old batteries
I had to return this because I ordered the wrong batteries, but I thought I would review these batteries as I had already opened them. I have a camera that used this kind of battery from Kastar, and they are exactly as advertised. The battery lasts very long, even longer than my old batteries, and are covered with a hard plastic, which is great, it is made of the right material.

Obviously not a good answer, and not useable
Having problems with this device. Inserted one of their batteries. It apparently charged OK. But when I tried to remove the battery, it was jammed in the charger, and I have not been able to remove it. I called them, and was advised that "it's OK if you break it trying, it's under warranty". Obviously not a good answer, and not useable.Eiher the charger, or the battery exceeds, or does not meet, physical tolerances.
