Whirlpool 7.5 Kg 5 Star Bloom Wash Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (360 Bloomwash PRO INV H, Graphite, In-Built Heater)

Product delivered on time in original packing and open box inspection done.Everything was in order.Next day morning itself,got a call from Whirlpool for installation. As I had to complete some plumbing work,I rescheduled it and later service engineer installed it and given a demo.No amount charged nor insisted for any accessory buying.good service from both Whirlpool and Amazon.Product is functioning well,noise level is ok,time depends on the type of wash selected,good washing quality.As I started using it only,detailed review will be given later..i recommend this product ..once again thank you Amazon for supplying a brand new product and a remarkable purchasing experience..

Good product but not the best...no manual procedure to increase or decrease rinse or soak timing like LG....no quick wash program.....very time consuming....UB error happens multiple times during spin......

With in 2 years of purchase it was facing unbalancing problem, after complaining about the issue, their technician visited next day and he said they will need to change shockers of the machine so they will visit another day with shockers and change.After 1-2 days they visited again and changed the shockers, they also asked for machine oil for lubricating some parts and if not available they asked for cooking oil (yes, cooking oil).After the repair, when next they we used it, whole body of Machine was electrocuted. So, we complained again and they visited again technician said it was some wire that was touching body. After that service machine never worked smoothly. it is noisier then before, and whenever we complained about it. Whirlpool's technician will visit and ask for machine or cooking oil and will say it should work properly now.Last month, we complained for same issue (Noice and unbalancing) and on next day (26th August) a different technician visited, after checking he confirmed that in previous service shockers from wrong model were placed. that's why was were facing these issues, He said he will replace them in next visit in a few days.Mean while my service request was closed without resolution. I called customer care and they initiated a new complain, now It is 17th sept (when i am writing it) and i am still waiting for parts to be replaced.

Pros:1. The only top load washing machine with both heater and inverter technology2. Silent operation (comparable to LG top load)3. The heater is really powerful. Water gets boiling hot if set the highest temperature.4. Power dry feature is also very powerful.5. Modern designCons:1. Whirlpool company forces their service experts to sell some unnecessary accesories. Don't get fooled by them. (Don't buy Washing machine stand, it will increase the noise.)2. Only 9.5 kg model comes with softener dispenser and a in built water filter. 7.5 kg model doesn't have these features.3. Soaking process takes really long time (to save water).4. No option for adding more clothes in middle of a running cycle.

This was only washing machine which has inbuilt heater and inverter. If you look for whirlpool brand machine, you can initially confuse, since they had similar models in 7.5 kg range. For better understanding i have visited their official website and found that 360 degree blossompro is there best product in this range. I received it quite quickly and the installation also has been done very next day. It is about 2 months since we purchased this machine, it has been great experience for us.

Bought this machine almost 9 months ago and been using it every alternate day. Have been using whirlpool washing machines since the last 2 decades or more and hence had great expectations from this one as well. Although the look and feel of the product is nice, it fails on the most basic need and thats washing without human intervention. Till now, have not been able to figure out whats the 360 wash function. The washing does not come close to how the previous machines with agitators used work. The biggest flaw however is the how the machine sometimes vibrates and physically moves violently during rinsing and drying cycle. This is due to the load not being balanced correctly by the machine. No matter how you arrange the clothes initially in the tub before the wash, the clothes get rearranged during the washing cycle and if its not balanced correctly then, get ready for the most annoying and violent sound you have ever heard from a washing machine. The machine literally starts moving around and you have to stop the machine, rearrange the clothes and then resume. Due to this, one has to be always present when washing clothes in this machine. So I would not say this is fully automatic. I have faced this issue 4 out of 10 times when using the machine. Really miss the previous washing machine where I could just forget after putting in the clothes.All said and done, when this problem does not occur, the noise levels are low, washing is satisfactory. The heating option is good and use it once in a while.

Con :- only washing machine with both inverter and heater.Noise level :- very low, it makes significant noise only at time of drying clothes.Easy to use :- quite easy, all buttons clears say what they do.Whirpool staff came by himself the next day itself, didn't had to call him once.Do consider some additional cost : while buying inlet or outlet pipes according to your machine' distance from tap. (I had to pay 1k only).I also went on buying a stand with wheels for machine which cost me 1.3k.I don't mind the additional cost as it made life convient.

Washing clothes is not upto the mark, Shirts remaining dirty after two times wash and dry option is worst . Previous version of this machine was very good.
