I was in love with this product when I purchased it
I was in love with this product when I purchased it. But the quality is not there for the price. Worked for a few weeks than broke.Edited to say: I contacted the company directly and they sent me a new product to replace the one that broke. The company has wonderful customer service and is willing to help. Contact them with any issues. I hope the new one will last much longer than the first one.

Bad Product, Bad Design, Even worse support
My wife saw this, and being the Star Wars fan, fell in love with it. I got it for her as a present. It arrived. Happiness ensued. Wish that was the end of the story. The design is to put a bottle of water, using their adapter by shoving into the water bottle opening, then turning it over and screwing into R2's head. Odd look, but even worse design. The adapter is not water sealed tight. It has threads but there are no threads on the inside of a water bottle. Thinking all was well and seeing the little guy go as he humidifies a nice spray, I put him on the mantle above our bed. When I get into bed, the entire head of the bed is soaked, the shelf is soaked, and the entire water bottle had emptied out by the time I had gotten to bed 2 hrs later.Terrible design. We tried everything thinking we did something wrong, missed some step in the process, or anything. We desperately wanted the R2 to work so we could have this cool thing. But its just a bad design. Now, trying to get a refund I am asked to work through their support. The site doesn't even have the product listed let alone the capability of getting support for it. The support for the product through amazon is as useful as asking whether I plugged it in properly and that's about it.Save your money, buy a regular humidifier, and just paint it R2 colors I guess. This was a terrible experience. Learn from my mistake.

Affordable and adorable!
This humidifier is great. It's super easy to use, stays clean, and looks like R2-D2! The only advice I would give is, use a sturdier water bottle (if you put it on there and it compresses as the water drains, get a stronger one), and NEVER put a full bottle on it when there's water already in it. It will spew everywhere.

Compact and cute
So cute and compact. It doesn't take up A lot if space on my night stand. Works good. Not crazy about how to get the water through it though. Be careful when putting the water bottle on and taking it off. Spilling water sometimes is a thing.

Worked great at first, then slowly started not working after approx 10 uses.
At first it worked great. I ran it at a medium setting and it seemed to be running fine. I never used it more than twice per day. I haven't even had it a month. After about the 6th or 7th use, the bottles started leaking around the top while it was running and and then for the next couple of runs, it started getting louder and made a sound similar to an engine trying to start but can't. So, now with a full bottle of water in it, I am getting hardly any mist at the med-high setting and the motor keeps winding up and down. Not sure what to do about it since I don't have an option to contact the seller. Bought a replacement plan, and apparently that is MIA also. I am hoping that I just got a "lemon" and that this can be replaced. I have no idea if the one similar to this without the water bottle on top would be any different. I would think it might be a little better since it is more of a closed system. I guess I just sit and wait and hope the seller sees the feedback and contacts me since I cannot contact them.

Perfect for my nephew
It was great for my nephew that also suffers from severe allergies. It kept put out just the right amount of moisture for a small room.

Garbage- Buy at Your Own Risk!
Let me start by saying I never write reviews, but I couldn't just let my experience happen without warning you all. I absolutely LOVE Star Wars and was extremely excited for this and although I expected it to not work as well as a normal and more pricey humidifier, I still cannot believe how horrible it actually turned out to be. Complete waste of money. Here's a list of reasons why:1. It only lasts about an hour on max. Maybe 2 if you put it on low, but that won't do anything for you at that point.2. It makes an obnoxious noise constantly that sounds like a motor going bad.3. I followed the water bottle directions and as you can see in the picture I've attached, THE ENTIRE BOTTLE LEAKED EVERYWHERE!That was the point that just really upset me. Water just POURING all over very quickly. So to sum it up, If you want a poorly made toy that leaks water all over your home for the high price of what this junk costs, here's the best option!P.S. It's non-returnable but if you do purchase and then realize you don't want this, call Amazon and they'll refund you anyways 👍

Not as good as the original
This is cute until you have to add an upside down water bottle to its head. Really detracts from the image of R2D2! Also, a large water bottle makes it easy to tip over if you have kids. This is small and OK for a desktop or very very small room but not as nice as their original R2D2 model that projected the spaceships on the ceiling and was large enough to humidify a bedroom without the tipping hazard.
