Too strong cow urine smell..You smell like cow urine sometimes. makes you sleepy.. Good for sleep.. but in city .. daily use not advisable.. eat lot of fruits to not make you smell like cow urine..yeah.. sometimes out of the box products works better than other products and vitamins..looks like one if those siddha medicines.. I had a nice restful sleep and lazying around all day long.. nice..

It's very handy . No need of keeping in freeze . Ark needs to be kept below 10 deg C after opening it .But ,real benefits are in Ark ,as it contains Volatile fatty acids ( C2 to C5 chains ) ,.a key factor in mitochondrial modulation .
